syohana 37 Posted August 2, 2014 Share Posted August 2, 2014 Looking for crew to sail a 50ft cruising catamaran from Vanuatu to NZ and (if you want) spend several weeks cruising Vanuatu first. Can also stay on to sail from Opua down to Auckland after. Skipper aged 35, British commercial yachtmaster offshore. Very experienced offshore, commercial and sail training skipper. Yacht is in survey as a passenger vessel and equipped far in excess of cat 1 standard. Happy to provide free tuition to crew. Crew all probably aged 20s-30s and hopefully 4-5 of us so we get a cabin each and the watches are not too tough. Arrive 14th August in Port Vila to cruise Vanuatu or around 10th September to sail back to NZ only. Contribution to expenses required ($30/day covers all your onboard costs - food, fuel, etc.). crew pay own flights. Crew will have a great time and lots of fun but are expected to work hard too.
