She’ll talk about what a storm is (you’d be surprised!), how they form, and which ones we should be really worried about. In her spare time, she enjoys sailing around the northern coastline with her husband and their two children. There’s usually a bit of debate about skippering, as they are both Ocean Yacht Masters. In an average day in New Zealand Coastguard sends out 10 rescue crews to assist someone who is in some degree of trouble.
