DaveH 0 Posted September 17, 2014 Share Posted September 17, 2014 Hi all, This is a long shot I know, I am trying to find the prop for a boat I bought a while back and have been slowly doing up. It used to have a Yanmar 12HP (YSE12) inboard with a hydraulic gearbox/drive unit but it was removed. I've had a replacement YSE12 engine fitted and sourced the hydraulic box and drive unit that was originally removed, so the setup is now the same as the one removed. Unfortunately the prop that came with the replacement engine is too big; I have no idea where the original prop went or what size it was. The boat has been around in Wellington for a while based on the number of people that recognise her, so I'm hoping someone on here might have an idea where the original prop went to, or what size it was, perhaps an old owner has some receipts or anything sitting around.
