Island Time 1,246 Posted July 5, 2015 Share Posted July 5, 2015 I went to Tauranga in the weekend, and stopped at the Paeroa Maritime Museum. Who's Been there? It's pretty good! There is lots of old local stuff from when this was a trading wharf, a great example of a ladies rowing skiff, an some really good tall ship models, including the Cutty Sark, and a fully detailed HMS Surprise (Jack Aubrey's ship in the Master and Commander series).
