A major change is to the finish time details, this will allow all boats to finish. 8.4 Finish Time The time limit shall be the later of 1600 hours on 25 March, or 30 hours after the start signal for the first division to start. Any boat not reaching the finish line by this time will be entitled to radio in their position, if possible, verified by the predictwind tracker position, and later verified by declaration. Any boat finishing in this manner will be eligible for all relevant prizes.
