shanson 0
Gidday Anyone here either own or know anything about the Cascade 36's? Cheers SHANE
Guest
Good boats, very solid, reasonably fast. Make a good cruising boat and many have covered a lot of miles. However nearly all were home finished, so huge variation in finish, layout, equipment so you need to consider each as a one off. But yes the hulls/mouldings were rock solid. They are built in a small yard in Oregon I think (also a 28 and a 42) The good ones are excellent boats, the bad ones ordinary. Isn't there one on Trade Me at the mo? Guest
Might be Washington state, not Oregon, Hence Cascade as in Cascade Mountains.
shanson 0
Isn't there one on Trade Me at the mo? Not for much longer! And they are still in production. (well pretty much) http://www.cascadeyachtworks.com/main.htm I'd be keen to contact other owners if there are any in NZ. SHANE
Guest
Good luck, I met a few of them out cruising over the years, all the owners were pretty happy.
