cindy-waiheke 0
I moved, with my family, from the UK to Waiheke Island three years ago. I am in my 40's and fit and healthy. I have been sailing on and off since I was a child - both in dinghies and big boats. I have raced in both short course day races as well as a number of longer offshore races. The boats I have spent most time racing are a Beneteau 32.5 First, Sigma 33 and Sigma 36 - plus various others for regatta weeks, Cowes week etc. In 2001 I did the Fastnet race on a Sigma 36. I am 'rusty' but, having done an overnight race last weekend, very keen to get back into regular racing. Wednesday nights would be great - plus one-offs such as the Round Waiheke race this weekend. Can do most positions but not a great bowman!
