You need to be flexible and available at short notice for a day every week or two through the season to April, mostly weekends but some week days (ideal for a student or self employed). Must be reliable, willing to learn and conscious of safety issues. Preferably you have some experience in seamanship, boat handling and customer service but not essential. Free training provided. Great opportunity to build up commercial sea time, experience and a reference. If you are less experienced/qualified then it will be unpaid initially but travel expenses negotiable. Pay up to around $100/day may be available if you have more experience and qualifications or after you have gained the experience. Send me a private message for more info. We left Spain one year ago and we have been sailing from there to NZ on a 11 metre boat. We are going to be here during the cyclon season and we are looking for some job... we saw on "crew.org.nz" that you are looking for some crew for your catamaran as a deckhand and we are really interested on those positions.
