After more than eight years of enjoyment and tens of thousands of dollars it is time for us to move onto something else. Real Deal was Bruce Elliott's own yacht, it is the only one built that has a diesel engine (10hp Yanmar) Real Deal won the New Zealand National PHRF B Division champion in Wellington this year. Probably the fastest under 8 meter keeler in the country. Currently in Cat 3 she has raced across Cook Strait numerous times in all sorts of weather but is also exceptionally fast around the cans and in the light and in breeze.
