Lady looking to be part of a crew for sailing

I am keen to get more experience being part of a crew for sailing. I have just completed Penny Whiting Sailing School and would like to further sailing to gain more experience and keep up with what I learnt. I am keen, strong and competent so if you can help me or know someone that can could you please email me on levy.denise@hotmail.com Would also like to do some sailing over the coming months perhaps over a weekend.
