I'm fairly new at sailing.
 

I did a stint at KYC in Auckland in Opti's but really learnt to sail on a 23 foot beachcomber.

Upgraded to a 28 foot Hani

Currently have a 30 foot Spencer. Sailed her to Tonga and back.

Realised that all us sailors on our boats have better medical facilities than the communities that inhabit the islands we cruise through. Now I just run a small NGO that works in Tonga using a boat as a platform. 

Have had over 30 different crew under my captaincy over the last 3 years and I've hung up the cap in favour of a pro this year. Nice to not worry as much anymore.
