Nice work Mark. A huge crowd for Conrad which he so deserves. He even managed a quick sprint ashore to grab a New Zealand flag

Good idea guys but he is vegetarian. He's still got the sprouts he's growing on board. Maybe he can hook some edible seaweed. Any thing's possible for Conrad
-
What a nail biter. Is there anything Conrad hasn't had to deal with in this race? It looks light for the next couple of days.
-
Upwind and light wind now but Conrad's got company in the slow moving department. What a way to finish your vendee. It's not over till you're over

According to his ocean racing blog his primary forestay disconnected in over 50kts and his boat was on its side for a few hours. Another sail shredded. He's now looking forward to another mast climb when the wind eases
-
Oh no another one down. Enda the Irish man's boat has been dismasted. Bugger!

It's great Giacomo finished second and are likely to take the Tattersall Cup for overall win which would be tremendous

harrytom I am with you. In the public domain the perception that ETNZ choked and Dean was responsible remains. That is wrong and unfair given that GD called the lay day without consulting Dean.
