    Hi, yeah Shibaura but nothing on that.Using a panel off a vetus but pretty complex official diagram, so I simplified LOL. Will send my diagram if ever get good connection

    What ??."Attach the File" but then "Clear selection" keeps turning. In M Sounds and think poor reception ie no TV, and limited radio.Did theyteachyou this stuff in school? I had a lesson or two but it's like you don't know what you don't know till you don't know.On my phone.

    (shibaura twin) can wire so lamp comes on, off with button push, then stays on. Would like to wire so lamp off, on with button push,then off. Any help please?

    The last time I was in Lyttelton there were 2 coffee carts so that blows you out of the water. What I find interesting is Chch has 3 yacht chandleries- same as Auckland has/had.

    170 you say. Don't know how many in Chch but enough to support 3 chandleries. The boats all around the harbour ie Cass,Purau,Corsiair, would never prefer to shop at the marina instead of going thru to Chch.? What does your bullshit marketing diploma think of that?

    SC advertising their closing sale tomorrow on the radio. Thought the 3 in Westhaven meant competitive prices, that then also applied in Chch with Burnsco. Here the staff can often be next to useless but does that mean minimal wages. Who doesn't Google before going shopping anyway. I spend lots on Amazon. Note none of the premises at the Lyttelton marina have found tenants.

    Yes well it is Marlborough and suppose the Mikhail Lermontov was only trying to make up time.

    Surely they then would have gone to A Buoy(?) and said from here on in ignore the 5 knot restriction all the way in.( because a lot of the way in is within 200m of shore)

    Cant agree about less wake there.

    Why do a 8 knot speed restriction around Cullen Pt all thru to the marina, when there wouldnt be much , if any, that is not within 200m of the shore.? Surely should therefore be a 5 knot max.?

    Including a couple of wicked blind bends. Can the HM do a change like that without rescinding something?

    Excelent article in yesterdays 'G Captain' on the enquiry into the collision killing 7 sailors. Under resourced ship, novice crew, radars not great, etc etc. Avoidable accident.

    Also story on loss of crab boat in Bering sea ( like Perfect Storm) Instability caused by bigger new pots stacked on deck ? Throw in bad weather and this 100' fishing boat and crew went down

    Thanks Mark, that was along the lines I heard. Wonder is my old Navman 5600 likely affected.. And then I would need to update the chip? Once asked here for how you do that and cost but got no answer.
