Dad and I will be coming up to Auckland to watch the start of the next Volvo leg and I was wondering if anyone was going to be in the spectator fleet and had 2 spots free or knew anyway I could get on the water to watch it?

Hello!

 

A Quick question, I know sailboats are required to have cat 1 if they want to go offshore, but what about motorboats? Do they need any type of safety requirements?
