podgorgon 0 Posted August 21, 2016 Share Posted August 21, 2016 Hi, I'm looking for a shared expenses type crewing gig for around a month or two to top off my time here in NZ before I head to Australia. Ideally travelling to somewhere like Fiji or possibly around New Zealand but I'll consider anything! I have experience sailing dinghies and some sailing larger 3 berth boats but not much on longer trips. Having said that I'm a quick study and really eager to get my sea legs back. Island Time 1,233 Posted August 21, 2016 Share Posted August 21, 2016 Calum, this time of year it's unusual to find a boat going to the islands. There is only about 8 weeks now till the South Pacific cyclone season starts, so we'll soon see the boats up there start to come to NZ. Locally, you may find something with this post, but your timing is again not the best. Most kiwi boats tend to take time for extended cruising over the summer months....
