Crocket 12
That's what my dad always believed. His first offshore experience was nearly his last. Mid 50s in the middle of the Tasman, they got rolled. They lost everything from the deck up, including the hatches and had bail full on to get the deck above water level enough before the next wave came and had to keep it up until the storm past. They spent something like 6 weeks to make land, which by then, they had been declared lost. Luckily it didn't stop him and kept it up until he couldn't sail any more. The power of a bucket and a sh*t scared crew.
