When was the last time you went ashore on Tiri?Have you ever been ashore on Tiri?You should, ‘cos it’s a great place to visit. It is a destination which is well worth adding to your itinerary for a stop. You could spend a couple of hours on the way to Kawau, or anchor over in a beautiful sheltered bay as part of a longer trip and enjoy a leisurely stroll amongst the birdlife. There is great snorkelling off the beach too!Tiritiri Matangi has much to offer to families and cruisers alike. To find out more about Tiritiri Matangi as a cruising destination, come along to the Richmond Yacht Club this Friday (25 Sept) for dinner and a chat. Bar open from 6pm, dinner from 6.30.
