I've bought an old seabird sailing dinghy, so easy enough to lock it on (cable through the centrecase) but unsure who to contact for permission. Or are they just there for the use of mooring owners? There is apparently a LSB owners association and phone numbers my Dad had were John Waters 4181342 and Dennis Worsley 0275476937.
