Feel free to throw your rubbish over the side this weekend

100 plastic bags, no problem, 100 metres of nylon, 100 litres of poo.

Don't worry about it because it's okay for Auckland Rotary

I received this aviation notice

Subject: Ceremonial release of helium balloons - Ellerslie Racecourse - Sunday 19 February @ 1530

Hi everyone,

I have been advised that as part of celebrating 100 years since their foundation the Auckland based Rotary Clubs will be releasing 100 hand held helium balloons per the following details;

Date: Sunday 19th of February

Time: 1530 Local Time

Location: Ellerslie Events Centre

Ellerslie Racecourse

Activity: 100 individual hand held helium balloons will be released en masse. They are expected to disperse downwind reasonably quickly.

Regards,

I have complained to Auckland Rotary but received no response. Depending on the wind direction these will end up in the water and we will get the blame.

You think that's bad - Watercare just put this through the box today. Some fucker stuck mattress down a sewer drain causing it to block which in turn flooded a property which in turn forced Watercare to discharge massive amount of poo into the creek below our property, out into the Tamaki and past a swimming beach.

Some people just don't deserve their place in our society
