The no pumping only existed in the first few Olympics when windsurfing first entered - back in Bruce Kendall’s day. As a consequence most course racing here also ran that rule. I had no idea they still had the indoor circuit running - would have thought the H&S proletariat in Europe would have shut that down by now! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
