I had one of those faux clinker Dolphins, 8ft, might have been 7ft, can't remember.

 

Anyway, thing was horrible for rowing, not enough leg room. Two up was even worse - rowing from the forward thwart was impossible meaning the passenger had to sit on the transom or back to back in the bow.

 

unsinkable though.

 

I think it's still in the dinghy locker, with holes in the chines from being dragged up the concrete steps at the Birkenhead lockers.

 

Worst dinghy was a plastic double hulled job form that place at Mercer. Looked like a wheelbarrow and worked like one. Absolutely zero righting moment. Strange but true.
