SanFran 13
Have a three blade kiwiprop that is a bit worse for wear... Attacked after the wrong zinc anode didn't do what it was supposed to. So after any of the internal parts. Not sure what exactly at this stage. If anyone has one that's spare please let me know.

Was it one of those new alloy zins, not zinc but alloy compromise? If so they are for freshwater. Many new outboards have the alloy and talking to a marine tech when I wanted new zincs for outboard. First question salt or frresh water? I took the old ones in as didnt have a lot of weight to them, look good on the outside until he tapped them. I have a plate zinc for trim motor, skeg and 2 on motor itself. replacement alloy $75 or real zinc $85 worth the extra $

Had a kiwi prop on a ss shaft and used proper zinc block never had a issue with prop, well I did, barnicles killed it in reverse, but if the occasion rose again I would have a kiwi prop.
