And worse still the weather peeps persist in misleading us into thinking they can use science and technology to predict it. And they make fools of themselves by making long-range forecasts like this: http://www.stuff.co.nz/science/7015730/Niwa-predicts-drier-winter-for-some I mean, I remember them telling us that last summer was gonna be "Better than average".
