replacement ply flooring panels

Hi Everyone, We want to remove the old carpet from our Lotus 10.6 and replace the existing floor ply panels with new panels that have the wood flooring effect on the top laminate. (hope that description is OK!). We are in Auckland and I cannot find a supplier on-line. Can anyone suggest where we might be able to purchase this panelling? Also, do we need to coat it before use?
