Island Time 1,246
Musket Cove race starts on 1 June 2013. Who is going? I have a friend whos son is doing very well in dingy sailing, (17yrs) and is very keen to try an offshore race. He's considering a berth on Lion, for $3500.00. Anyone going who could used a talented young sailor who's looking for a first offshore experience? Must be an experienced skipper....

Guest
Pretty sure there is no age limit, 16 will just be a self imposed limit by Lion I suggest. Anyone can go if they find a ride.

Zoe 8
Mucho thanks, David Here is the link to the page for anyone keen to know more. The fleet is shaping up nicely. The boats that have formally submitted Expressions of Interest are listed but there are a bunch more in the pipelines that haven't submitted the paperwork but which are looking positive. http://www.rnzys.org.nz/Sailing/MajorRe ... fault.aspx
Guest
Theres quite a good list forming now. Hey Island time, I know a fella who did it on Lion last time and said it was the trip of a lifetime. A lifetime experience for $3500 doesnt sound too bad.
