Island Time 1,235
Hi Guys, lots of you have asked me about Tablet/WIFI connections for your IPADs, Iphones, Android tables and Smartphones. Well, here you go. An NMEA - Wifi server/router. There are 2 flavors, one at 4800bps, suitable for instruments etc, BUT NOT AIS, and the other at 38400bps, suitable for AIS as well. Same price. Your NMEA output device (Instruments, AIS,Plotter, GPS, Autopilot, Whatever) MUST support 38400bps if you want the fast one. Most AIS's do, many other devices don't. Please contact me to discuss if you are unsure. http://www.neptunes-gear.com/products/w ... ter-server $375.86 + GST (Sorry, margins on these are slim, no room to move) And second, how about being able to control something on your boat via txt? No? How about being able to turn of the freezer/fridge so its cold when you come down the next day? Not just a fridge, turn anything on/off, fridge, fuel polishing system, dehumidifier, heater, security system, whatever you want. Also an txt you info - like bilge pump on, high water, no shorepower, whatever! Here is the device to do it! $446.00 Incl GST and Freight (Normally $446.00 + GST + Freight) This week Only!! Cheers Matt

Do they take a sim card?
Island Time 1,235
No, no Sim required anymore. connects to GSM systems. boat has to be in service area. the units are pretty cool, and there are heaps of potential uses. oh, and there is another one with 7 inputs and outputs if 2 isn't enough for you!
