SloopJohnB 322
Vic-Maui 2010 The Victoria to Maui International Yacht Race, first contested in 1968, is the pinnacle of Pacific Northwest ocean racing running every two years. This year 76T invites the SOL fleet to set off from Victoria, British Columbia and to sail across the Pacific to the finish, some 2308nm later near Lahaina Maui. Official website: http://www.vicmaui.org Race starts: Jul 01st 17:00 Registration Open! Goodie another long race, not doing to good in the short races lately, as I don't seem to start on time. Reminds me of someone else in IRL. Knot that I am picking anyone.
SloopJohnB 322
The race has started, looking good until 1600hrs when the pub was calling. Benny14 was shouting so the "Sloop" over shot Cape Flattery Some good work overnight we getting back in the hunt. Lucky its a long race without to many course changes as the "Sloop" is off to Melbourne for a week, so I don't know how I will get on for steering. Good on "WE" not only sailing here but he doing the Simard race today.

wheels 543
I'm on now. Not sure what glitched. I'm finding the entire net slow this morning. Too many watching the cup on line I guess.
wheels 543
SJB, you missed the line by a wisker, so I spun you around and you should hit it now. And I could have ignored you and come second Kiwi too
