  1. Rob - we'll probably go round in circles on this so I'll cut it short and just answer your specific question to me

I'd suggest that if these were to ever be fully submerged they'd probably displace less than 100kg - I hope that never happens!

  8. There ya go. She wasn't actually lost - just forgotten by most. What a shame.
  9. so this all suggests another question - where are the molds?
  10. make her watertight - tow her to S'pore and the put her on the deck of a ship bound for NZ? MAF would go balistic surely? Agreed S'dreamer. Here's another example of a pair of Sisters. They look like sisters - everyone know they're sisters and yet one has much pointier bows than the other - or perhaps the other has fuller bows than the first!
  11. When Graham called earlier today I'm pretty sure he said she was on Christmas Is which didn't make sense ( he's in the Cooks). Have asked him to clarify. He also said the locals knew it came from NZ.

s**t Wolfie what happened? Looks pretty bloody aweful. Too hot , too cold, too much pressure, not enough, some one added yeast to the resin?!?

So actually its still just vertical stripped but the strips are 1200 wide (and presumably a little less at bow/stern if needed to achieve a tighter curvature). Eamon - sounds like your putting in 'whole' sheets - ie. 2400 lengthwise? If so I'm thinking wastage is a little worse with Eamon's - though you could use it up in bunks, furniture etc.
