Tuning in! Having talked with locals on the island I think it's probably more about making life a bit easier for people who live on Aotea Great Barrier who have been dealing with the restrictions for a long time... it's so they can go out and drop a line and get a feed. The situation is a little bit different in other places. Exotic caulerpa is pretty nasty. I'm sure you'll all do the right thing.
