And yes, they do offer more than your standard analog or digital voltmeter.
They count power in, and power out - so you know your battery state as a %, rather than a voltage. Of course they show you voltage as well.

+1 for the Victron 712. Great units.

Thats a lot of pressure on public spaces and amenities.
Is it though? as someone earlier said, there is a park circa 300m away, which I would describe as underutilized.
Seems there is plenty of public space in the area.

Right, this unit has been repaired (capacitor soldered back on), tested (on the bench), and ready for sale..
Who wants it? Make an offer.

Spartite is what you are looking for. A chandlery may sell it or ask a boat rigging business.
Isn't that for going around the outside of the mast? between the mast and the deck?

it's considered a 'professional product ' , ie not diy friendly, I think they are not allowed to market to Joe public, because awl grip gets too many complaints of failures from people that didn't follow the instructions to a T

you can buy awlgrip off the shelf in the chandlery at orams. just painted my boat with it.

I had provided a photo of a car on fire on the road between here and Nelson in the forum that no longer exists unfortunately. I will see if I can find the original and post it again. People fired that many fire extinguishers into it, yet it burned away unempeded. The car was nothing more than ashes and 4 shock struts sticking up.
How about the Cars onboard that Delivery Vessel. All $450 milion of them that are now with Ship at bottom of sea.
Boeing 787's had huge problems with the first lot of batteries on their aircraft. You only have to do a google of Aircraft and batteries fires to find all the stories on that.
Tesla has put a lot or work into making the banks safer. But not all Car or batteries are made by Tesla.but none of those were LifePo4 batteries...

I recently did this, 33ft boat. no idea if the construction is similar but it took me a good 3 days to get the old ones out.
And my vesconite bushings were closer to 700 iirc
