Fish 0
RAYC have come up with some real goodies here http://www.rayc.org.nz/southern-60/ http://www.rayc.org.nz/nexus-gold-cup-inshore-series/ Gold Cup has four races on Saturday days pre Christmas (good for warm ups), as well as the Balokovic The Southern 600 now has four races starting with the White Island, including the Balokovic (which is still part of the Gold Cup also), and includes two CAT 3 races including a new Southern Cross race as well as the Brin Wilson, same as last year. The Southern Cross goes Orakie, Chanel Is, Flat Rk, Cow and Calf, Finish at Orakie, like a huge diamond / hour glass course. Looks good.
Guest
I still can't work out why VHF isn't enough for the White Island race.
Battleship 100
No idea Jono, but just get a sat phone and join the fun, would be good to have another caravan/tank out there. Strangely enough we had mobile phone service for a lot of the race last year at our last check in we couldn't get the sat phone to work so just used the mobile.
