L'escale 0 Posted August 24, 2010 Share Posted August 24, 2010 Had L'escale on the Floating Dock this afternoon - 42ft = $155.00 incl GST - on for 1 hour - brilliant! Word from Mike (Ken's RH man) is that he was down earlier in the day and did a couple of hours - stuffed so went home for the day, but at least on the up. All resolved with moving the Dock to new location and plan to do it after Xmas Link to post Share on other sites

That includes the lift, them washing it while you get told to move but don't so get a free hi pressure wash yourself, and the sink back in. Good news hearing Sharpies up and about again. Floating Dock moving to alongside X marina 1 hour was enough to include water blast - Yep I got soaked - plus change anodes, give prop a scrape/sand & apply fresh lanolin. I talked to Bruce at Mast & Spar - he can't get any result from Council apart from an offer to be over by the seawall - "useless, too windy, try feeding a 20 metre mast down a hole with 20mm tolerance in the wind - also too far away" Link to post Share on other sites
