Priscilla II 396
Crikey nothing like a shortage of supply to crank up the cost of berthage. http://nzh.tw/12157435 Another fine piece of planning by Panuku considering nearly 300 craft 12m and above are seeking homes and have been for quite some time. Furthermore where apart from costly private interest hardstands is the do it yourself boatie able to do it themselves at reasonable cost. Continual annual cranking of berthage rates along with shortages and lack of affordable service facilities is a poke in the eye with a burnt stick for the boating community.

ex Elly 197
An Auckland Council report in April 2018 found Westhaven had "achieved effectively full occupancy" and has waiting lists of "high levels of unsatisfied demand". Specifically, as of March 2018 there was a customer demand of 237 marina berths sized from 12 metres upwards.
waikiore 408
With the piles redevelopment and other recent changes at Westhaven creating 34 less berths (but higher value ones) we can all see who is being targetted.
