Terry B 73
Went for a walk around on the island last Tuesday while we were mooching around the bottom end. They've done a magic job of it so far. The partnership between the philanthropists/Salvo's etc seems to be a winner. In 10 years when all the plants have grown it'll be magnificent. Magic views from the hills and lots to look at (the little prison, visitors centre, hospital etc), good paths - and toilets in just about every bay! With outside showers!!!! Rotoroa is going to become a very popular destination. Great walk for the kids and family and the beaches are good as well. Okay, I'm starting to sound like a tour operator now so I'll sign off.
