I live in usa and had horrible time getting warranty work done on new instruments that were bad. nexus is just unresponsive and slow. Link to post Share on other sites

Kiwi Yachting, the NZ suppliers, put the original problem right and made good on the shagging about. I am happy to recommend them and vouch their customer service (putting it right) is as good as you will get. I've dealt with them since and found them knowledgable and keen to help.
