Thanks, will send more pics ASAP, a few minutes from landing (wonder where?). Now feeling bloody cold from flying around with no door on my side of the plane.

I had an interesting call from Rodney Keenan on Akatea just before the start. He said the rules had what looked like an error to him, and that boats under 22m would not be allowed to use hydraulics to move their keels (that would leave Karma Police as I'm pretty sure theirs is manul). I've been a bit busy since the start so haven't looked any further.

Anyone know how sailonline is doing?

im doing poorly in 84th out of 368 entry's. left it to late to gybe at the start and have been playing catch up since. where all passing Managwhai heads now doing a casual 22 knotts. top of the kiwis is NZL spindrift in 15th trailing one of the top SOL sailers by .3nm

Seacart 30. there a nice boat to sail virtually in these conditions. they suck on the beat though as they only do 1/3 of the wind speed on the virtual world

Snapshots of the start from Devonport wharf. In chronological order. Actually the wharf end was a bit boring this year, all the action was out further.

Cool Change @ 1223:

Through Tiri Passage, some good gennie rides, Coppelia to leeward.

Satellite Spy @ 1225

@ Flat rock with powerplay, O'sinnerman, Mojo and Bullruush nearby, Sea Harmony just astern.
