I was really annoyed to find out I had missed it.

It was a good show, a hectic build then a rush to fix the holesafter the test float before the start. Still had a few sinkers as there is every year. Although we avoided it this time around and did ok. It's really a lot harder than you'd think it is...

Who won this year?

Sea-quip won over all from their stunning on water performance with Southern Spars a close second. Southern took out fastest and best built boat catagory

It was great to watch!

 

Liked the guys who put the outboard a bit too high and all it did was rev the nuts off the poor thing with no forward motion!

Here's SSNZ (10) and the Cookson guys head to head, wave piercing bows all round.... Helps a lot with the kind of chop we were seeing on race day.
