HAKA

Recommended Posts

The haka is OK, but they are in danger of overexposing it. Even good sex more than 20 times a day can get tiresome.

I got sick of school prizegivings where every time a maori kid got a prize there was a 10 min haka interlude - prizegivings drag on enough as it is.. I suggested to Angela that next time ours won something we should jump on stage and dance merengue - after all it is an important part of their cultural heritage

You're welcome :)

And give us some credit for discernment; the fact someone's not a fan of the haka doesn't mean they don't appreciate other aspects of Maori culture (IMHO the language is beautiful) any more than say, disapproving of whaling means you automatically loathe the rest of Japanese culture.

And damn straight - go Team New Zealand :)

ALL BLACKS BANNED FROM HAKA.

The AB's management have banned the team from doing the haka.

Following reports in the latest FBS Med magazine that Testicapitis can be caused by extreme dancing, management reviewed video exray ( as used in US airports ) of Richie while leading the haka on Saturday 7th against Argentina.

Testicapitis is common in men with 'big balls' such as rugby players and extreme sportsmen. ( no cases have been reported in England ). When extreme dancing takes place and a testicle bangs against the inner leg just above the knee sending shock waves through the gonad nerve to the knee cap resulting in severe pain and making walking or running uncomfortable.

Richie was removed from the field to receive medical treatment and has been banned from playing for at least 4 weeks.

AB's management has replaced the haka with some guy 'Tait' who will sit on a horse in top hat and coat tails while singing 'god save the queen'
