Temporary window cover

Looking to get hold of some sticky back to temporary cover yacht windows.

Is sail sticky back waterproof? Or any other ideas for a tough version of duraseal?. Would like to pick some up tomorrow morn.

Only just realised the cure time of the window sikaflex. Ruined my timeline!

Sticky Back may never come off again. The Sticky stuff(do you call it glue)is a glue that goes through a "curing process" of type, once exposed to air. Hence why when first applied to a sail, it doesn't seem to stick that well. Give it 20min and you can't get the stuff off.

While there is a cure time for Sika, you will find that after 24hrs it is pretty much stuck. It's just that once the stuff hardens off, increase in curing happens in a reverse squared time. But after 24hrs, it has a significant strength.
