Absolution 7
I'm looking at putting some of the reaching sails on Fineline onto furlers to make them easier to handle shorthanded. There seem to be lots of options in the market these days so its hard to figure out what to buy. Just wondering if anyone here has anything good (or bad) to say about any of the code zero or top-down furlers that you have used?

Absolution 7
Have a look at Beau Marine!!! I have had a look online but don't know anyone that has used one. Didn't you get a sponsored furler from Selden?
SloopJohnB 172
Try KZ Marine / Furlers http://www.kzracefurlers.co.nz/
Marshy 17
We had a Beau Marine furler on Mercenary (Albeit a bit smaller!) likewise Rattle had one, wicked pieces of kit! Worked awesome, took a thrashing and never had a problem with it! The KZ marine gear in the bigger sizes is bloody good too. Its a bit more expensive but thats technology for ya. And i think 90% of the Volvo fleet used them, likewise all the AC72's did too...
nz moth 0
Very true but Beau help me out a lot too. I don't have a kite furler but my code zero furler by Selden is amazing also the 204s on my forstay.
smithy09 49
We have a Karver on the Marshall for our code zero. It has a locking mechanism that is quite handy. Stops inadvertent unfurls. Never let us down. Once you go to furling sails, I reckon there's no going back. Awesome. Heard only good things about the KZ ones as well...
