jonathan 4
looks like some eastery coming through.... what do the different models suggest will be the worst of it?
wheels 543
It's look'in like it'll be wet and wild and I ain't meaning any form of red light entertainment. Don't get your hopes up of viewing a Midnight fireworks display anywhere for NYE. It is going to be batten down the hatches for us I expect.
markm 30
From what I can tell from PW, weather will start to be less than optimal perhaps Thursday afternoon, Friday and Saturday cancelled through lack of interest (get very good east through north cover if you're at anchor), possible the puffs will go into the 40s, maybe well into the 40s. Sunday harder to judge, probably okay but a chance the wind will still be in. Both models agree until Sunday. Basically find a nice spot by lunch time Thursday and ensure you've enough cold brewskies to last a few days. Stock up on tranquilisers for the kiddywinks.
