It is for attaching a couple of shackles to a gennaker prod and an eye to the bottom of the bow stem for a bob-stay. You're putting me off the idea though. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

He will spice it at the right length and then coat it in the proper stuff to protect it afterward. Which is a semi flexible urathane rope coating.
