Timber electrolis experts needed

Ok helping a mate on his beautyfull d/d kauri hull boat today , in the bulges is ever dured shinny kauri you could eat your dinner off clean and tidy for a 40 year old pro built yacht , he ever dured some 20 years ago , dry boat well venterlated , saw dust in the bulges , so he found three or 4 places of planks comming out from the keel plank a tad damp and bubbling up like delaminating ,they sad up o kill and we can treat again , so it's timer electrolis what can not do ,the electrical systerm is dead one leave the boat, one zink on the shaft , answers please

Hi one zink on the inch shaft . No bonding of skinfittings they are bronze only 4 ,engine is new on modern feet. Batterys have the push in turn switches that are all ways off when bot is unattended and dashpannel also has a breakers switch New bronze Volvo three blade folding prop antifouled xmas and zink replace hardly worn boat is an 80 s monocok two skin kauri glassed. Frames are laminated kauri 70 x70 rivit and rove bronze pins through boat , all clear everdure in furniture Finnish

Hi it's not rotten and pulling away they were bumps in the floor we have dried them out , sanded up and looks like New flooded with everdure with a hot fan heater drying , befor and after the expoxie it should help we think

That's good news.
I was struggling to think why you had an electrolysis issue where you described, but stayed out of the thread because I didn't feel expert enough in the discussion re timber vessels.
You can rely on fng's help and that article is great.

Condensation may be salt related. There' clean and dry and then ......

Bit difficult to comment without a visual of the area
