"These are some seriously crazy tidal bore conditions in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia (think far north). This video was posted to the Facebook page, Fishing Australia TV. “35 kilometer-per-hour tides, 40-foot standing waves,800-meter whirlpools that are 100 feet deep,” clamors Fishing Australia on its page. In the first clip, the front standing wave actually spits. The post also talks about small ships being sunk in the huge whirlpools (check out the monster at the end of the clip).
