DrWatson 381
Can I get a hard white antifoul somewhere to use as a bootstripe at the water line? looked at altex online and only find semi-hard in black I'm not particularly worried about finish, but on a mooring the chop spreads that green stuff a long way up the topsides. What to you others use?
wheels 543
Use a white AF for Aluminium. i.e outdrives. That is non-copper based and will not go green. You will not get a "hard" AF. There is actually no such thing anymore like the BT of years ago. Apply a good couple of coats. I am surprised no one has tried to come up with a purpose made boot topping. I guess because it is such a small area, you don't use much and thus they don't sell a lot to make it worth while.

tuffyluffy 76
Altex stock Petite Vivid antifouling in white. Come in 1l tins as well. Its reasonably hard if not in the water all the time. Nice stuff and should do the job
