Corella 3
Thinking of stopping off at Great Barrier Island on the way south from the Bay of Islands in a couple of weeks. Has it recovered somewhat from the cyclone, or are we better off leaving the locals to get on with their cleanup? Anyone with recent knowledge? Thanks.

We spent a week around Gt Barrier after Cyclones. Only went ashore at Fitzroy wharf to store, and for diesel. All normal there. Never saw another boat down the eastern side except two in Arid Island. Will be back later this month.
SHK 4
I'm anchored in smokehouse Bay, been here for a couple of days and all seems normal. Went for a walk in the nature reserve opposite Fitzroy wharf today and there are no signs of damage. There's one recent looking slip in the man o war passage but otherwise all seems the same as Christmas
