What should I do with 90% of a Paper Tiger?

I just picked up my third boat (like I need that). The two hulls were stripped to bare wood about 5 years ago, then sat in the guys garage.

With it came two main beams, two rudder heads and the tiller bar, 1 tiller, 2xcentreboards, mast boom sail (a bit old). standing rigging

Missing - paint, inspection ports, two rudders, 1 tiller, tramp, mainsheet and assorted hardware, trailer, and probably some other bits.

So what should i do?

Rescue it and have a non competitive PT that is really too small for my delicate frame?

Try and sell it?

Break it up for spare parts

OR (I like this one) build a centre hull and call it a tri (but I have too much other stuff on to do that)

Any other ideas?

I can add to your bits.

1 Lidgard main

1 Linton main

2 centerboards - 180mm chords i think.

1 1/2 rudder blades the other 1/2 is floating around Nelson.

1 suspension tramp.

BTW whats the weight of the hulls?

The trinardo is wha tI had in mind.

Wheels, if you want it , it is yours, just need to pick it up from my mum's back yard (says it all really :D ) maybe by getting together with SJB you can piece enough together to make it sail - I was really just saving it from the bonfire.

I'll think of a favour you can do me someday.
