If you want a crew just go to all the yacht clubs, dinghy and keeler and put some flyers up, get people to apply and then interview the top bunch to narrow it down. Once its narrowed down, take the whole lot sailing and see how people work as part of the team. Teamwork at sea is as important as sailing ability Link to post Share on other sites
