Anyhow i need a flat mate to move in with me and the girl. Room is good size double room and has its own bathroom as we have an en suite. Good sized house off Prince Regent Ave in Farm Cove. 2.2km from the Marina/Ferry terminal. Looking for around $150 per week, or $170 including power and internet or around that figure. If anyone is interested or knows any one interested - Preferably a Sail-maker who wants to pay some rent in free sails haha give me a call or email. My best memory of the place was beating farmcove intermediate in a cricket semi where i came in at the end and hit 9 of 5 (not bad for a 12 year old) Link to post Share on other sites
