And as for that, put it this way, I finished the boat thursday, nationals started friday, so no, and it was a good job, First 2 hours out sailing on saturday my rudder played up... Noodles 0 Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 never sail...geez that's a bit harsh. since feb I have sailed every Sunday weather it be at the club or the north islands but last oct-dec it was hard coz I had a break down every Sunday to go to since the sprint regatta we had. maybe next season i will try to get out more. so people what can we learn from my experience, DON'T get a job as an agricultural engineer -because you don't get any time off (to go sailing)... Classes include Weta, Optimist, P Class, Javelin, PT, 420, 12’ and 18ft skiffs, RSX, Laser, 3.7, Starling, Zephyr, Elliott, Mistral, Jollyboat, Phase II, OK, Sunburst, A Cat, Europe and Splash and two classes especially for disabled sailors: the Liberty and the Skud. These will all be on display there, with a really nice 3.7 being on display! There will be a representative from the class there each day. Luke Link to post Share on other sites
